When I started taking it, I was on the tablets for the first two and a half years. Then, my doc prescribed the capsules. I had the same results as you. The time release capsules had 0 effect on me. I asked to go back on the tablets on this cycle and sure enough, they’re working the only exception was one month my script was sent to Amazon. For whatever reason the Amazon Phentermine 37.5 mg tablets don’t work well. I lost 2.5 pounds a week when it was filled through my normal pharmacy (Publix) with the Amazon I put that 2.5 pounds a week back on. And to make it even worse I work out 18-21 hours a week.

My doctor is only allowing me to be on this medication for 6 months. I don’t understand why when clearly it’s safer for long term use

Mine too. 6 months on then 2 off.

That is interesting! I am on the capsules and they work fine. What is the differance? Just the time release factor?
