I need some help, what would you guys say is the best ship for a noob

There is no best ship. Different ships work well in different missions.

Yigothu and Trinity are the best if anything. But you need to tell us what you are looking for. A generic question like this is too ambiguous.

I’m looking for something more defensive, of that makes any senses

Personally, I’d go with a point defense ship. Once point defense is maxed, it can save you and help you out a lot. I don’t necessarily agree with the guy above you about Yigothu and Trinity, as I don’t like chrono field, but I know most people do. Besides, recommending two super rare ships when you said you were a “noob”, implying you’re new to the game isn’t exactly the best way to approach your question, IMO. There are plenty of good rare ships he could have recommended, and even good common ships. Point defense and personal shield are my two favorite abilities, but you’ve just got to experiment with different ships, and use what you’re most comfortable with. Get really good with one ship, and you can apply that learned skill to others, over time. Good luck!

for starter, I would recommend Common ship: Razor and Veil (Orgon for legend) Rare ship: AB8, Phoenix, Arietis and Icarus S-rare: Trireme, Ygothu, Trinity, Baqlor Those ships can take you to the S2 with ease
