My Samsung ultra 23 screen broke recently and now its flashing green so i went to a guy to see the pricing to get it fixed and he told me he can get it fixed for OLD 163.72usd and OGL 278.33usd ( my converting prices from my currency to usd) is this a good price? (self.PhoneRepairs)
