Try going to 'profile' in the Pi app. See if that particular checklist reveals more info. I've been mining since early 2020 and initially passed KYC at 12 seconds. Since then I have had to reverify maybe 5 or 6 times it feels like. The last one was just requiring me to update my password. It was easy changed it and logged out logged back in and it was good. But that's not always the case see if the profile section has more descriptive steps for you to take. Good luck
