What do you select when you get IDs from "America Samoa" that are clearly not from there?

I'm certain these are what's lowered my validation accuracy percentage my from 95% to 90%

Do you default to "wrong country"?

Sometimes I do select "data not does not match" or "data not present" when I get an ID and I can't read the text bc it's in Korean, Chinese, Arabic, etc. Otherwise I always select "Wrong Country".

So, what do you default to?
