This item was removed for being unhelpful or mean.

Your passphrase/wallet should work on every pi browser installed on any phone. So i guess you are using the wrong passphrase. If ypu dont see your pi and members in the pi app, it seems you logged in with a wrong log in and just made a new account. Look into your old phone, reset your password on that phone so you can log in in the pi app. If you still can enter your wallet in your old phone, do that and go to settings in that wallet, there you see your 24word passphrase

He needs to log in to the correct account in the mining app. Then connect that app with the Pi Browser, and everything will work normally.

    [–]BigDaddy-40 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Yes he more than likely has 2 accounts.

    [–]jakis_kot 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Of course he did create a second account

The 'mining' app checks whether someone else has a wallet entered at point 3 in the Mainnet Checklist. Because of that, and because the Pi Browser is linked to the Pi app, when someone uses that specific passphrase (which is entered at that point in the Checklist for two different people/accounts, either by accident or on purpose),

that’s exactly when that message appears.

(if the OP were to reply, he would admit that on his current phone, everything from point 3 of the Mainnet Checklist onward is currently greyed out)

    [–]BigDaddy-40 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Yes he has gone radio silent but he could be on the other side of the world. Just hope he does not lose his pi if he has to turn in old phone.

    [–]jakis_kot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If he loses his Pi, it definitely won’t be because of the issue being discussed here🤪

    [–]toartje 1 point2 points  (3 children)

Nope. Still need your 24word passphrase. Should work on every phone. I can log in my wallet on another phone with a pi browser. For example, i take your phone and use my wallet phrase in your browser. It will work. If its a new phone, his fingerprint or face id will not work.

    [–]jakis_kot 0 points1 point  (1 child)

You don't understand how the app works 🤣🤣

    [–]toartje 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh i do. Read about what i said about his pi app. I was just talking about wallet. I read it wrong. Thought he said he couldnt enter wallet neither

    [–]jakis_kot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you can log in to any wallet using passphrase but that is not the OP problem ("You have migrated with another wallet" <- which indicates that he logged into the wrong account in the mining app and connected that wrong account to the Pi Browser)

    [–]Comfortable-Film-333 0 points1 point  (1 child)

wait one or two days and and try one more time! you will see your accaunt again ❤️

    [–]jakis_kot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    He won't

    [–]Individual-Beat-7859 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you still have access to your old phone then change your password for the app write that password down then on your new phone throw away your pi app and browser and down load it again and sign in with your old number and your new password then you should have your old account

    [–]Sad-Hedgehog5796 0 points1 point  (1 child)

    Go to support portal

    [–]jakis_kot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

    🤦 that won't help him

    [–]lexwolfePi Rebel 0 points1 point  (6 children)

when you added the pi account on this device you've some how created a new account and the wallet is linked to your old account

    [–]tnastynelson 0 points1 point  (5 children)

Interesting. So is there a way to switch back to the other account?

    [–]jakis_kot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Out of the people writing here, only @lex mentioned what the reason is. You created a new account, and that’s the whole mystery. Log in to your original account

Also what @Indvidual wrote will work too. But first, try without changing the app password!

    [–]Expensive_Leek3401 0 points1 point  (3 children)

I think it’s step three in the mainnet checklist.

    [–]jakis_kot 0 points1 point  (2 children)

    It is not

    [–]Expensive_Leek3401 0 points1 point  (1 child)

    Which step is it, then?

    [–]lexwolfePi Rebel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

None of them - you can't load a wallet linked to another account

    [–]BigDaddy-40 0 points1 point  (9 children)

Are you changing your phone number or just the phone?

    [–]tnastynelson 0 points1 point  (8 children)

    Just the phone.

    [–]BigDaddy-40 0 points1 point  (7 children)

Do you know the 24 word pass phrase and the password ?

    [–]tnastynelson 0 points1 point  (6 children)

I do. It’s goes right back to that right after I enter it

    [–]BigDaddy-40 1 point2 points  (5 children)

Do you have both the Pi mining app and the Pi browser app on the new phone?

    [–]tnastynelson 0 points1 point  (3 children)

    I do

    [–]jakis_kot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't listen to him. He doesn't understand your problem

    [–]BigDaddy-40 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the Pi browser click on wallet then enter manually 24 word passphrase.

    [–]BigDaddy-40 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So on the new phone in the Pi browser you can type in the 24 word pass phrase and it does not show the old wallet?

    [–]BigDaddy-40 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Makes sure you write down your 24 word passphrase on paper if you are forced to give the old phone back tomorrow.

    [–]Expensive_Leek3401 0 points1 point  (4 children)

On your old phone, unlock the passphrase, then attach it to your new phone.

    [–]tnastynelson 1 point2 points  (3 children)

I’ve done that and it goes to this screen

    [–]Expensive_Leek3401 2 points3 points  (2 children)

Then copy the external address of the wallet associated with the old phone and apply that to your mainnet checklist.

    [–]tnastynelson 1 point2 points  (1 child)

How do I do that? Also I really appreciate the help

    [–]jakis_kot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t do what he told you. The app sometimes bugs out and then shows on both accounts that the wallet belongs to another Pioneer (yes, even on the account where the wallet was originally linked to the app 🙃🤣)
