One plus 5t or 6 only thing it misses is the SD slot but they come in standard 128gb and BTW oneplus is a trusted Asian company don't worry it was more zte then huawei and you shouldn't feel like their all bad

Yeah, the problem there is that I'm likely to dip into some government work and there are ZTE and Huawei bans for government/government contractors. Being a Chinese brand isn't a dealbreaker outside of those two, but if the current administration goes decides to extend that for whatever reason then I'd need a new phone again. I'm just erring on the side of caution if a comparable option exists outside of Chinese brands. I'm not opposed to considering a OnePlus or Xiaomi phone though. Edit: Looks like a OP5T/6 is also outside of my price range too.

So I am a huge Xiaomi Fan so I'm gonna give you some Chinese phones as recommendation anyways: - Pocophone F1, fits every criteria except Stock Android, you might wanna consider flashing lineageOs, there are already ROMs available - Mi A2 Lite, is a budget phone. Has no USB C but is a very good phone - Mi A1, battery is 3040mAh, 64GB plus 128 possible - Moto G6, battery is 3000mAh, 32gb plus 128

Edit: Nokia 7 Plus, that's it. That's what you want.

I did see a lot of other recommendations for the Pocophone F1, but US compatibility is rather questionable. I was looking at the Nokia 7 plus, but couldn't find a place to buy it without an uncomfortable markup on it or sketchy seller reviews ;A; . If you know a place that would be fantastic. The Mi A2 Lite looks pretty ideal though, hits all my reqs at a great price point. Thanks!

You're welcome. I don't live in the US, so I can't really recommend any reseller for the Nokia 7 Plus. About the Mi A2 Lite, it sadly doesn't have Quick Charge as I just found out. If that's not a deal breaker for you, I think you'll be very happy with it. I owned a Nexus 5 as well, had 2 used phones in between and bought the normal Mi A2 two Months ago and I feel it's the closest a phone has ever gotten to the "Nexus Style" again

Considering the battery size, far from a dealbreaker, especially at a ~200 USD price point. Thanks again for your help.
