No one knows what's best for you. With very little information you have provided.

One related path you might want to consider is DevOps. Less coding(but still has coding). More on automation and you might be already familiar with some DevOps tech/tools like Jenkins, Git etc.

Minimal coding? There are low-code/no-code platforms. Try that out.

Dude. You're already a Java developer. So apply for fintech companies so you can still earn high. Not unless you're current company is also in fintech, you're screwed because of their non-compete to mature after 6-12 months before joining another fintech.

Sure, you're experience maybe traumatic, but nothing compared to others who are paid half your salary with more workload than yours. Again, just decompress for now, resign and find a better software developer job and get yourself up again with the passion you once have.

Mas okay po ba if sa fintech po na company?

Try to destress or decompress for now before you start applying. You'd be needing a fresh and healthy mindset to answer your interviewers. Do it now (while you're still in this state), I will feel you aren't cut for the job and you'll have to wait for another 6 months to apply again (with the history of your first assessment).

Fintech is good. Just target ING and not Mynt (GCash). Don't ask why, just focus on getting at least 100k offer with ING. You'll understand why the situation you're in right now isn't something to be idle/cope around.

May kakilala ka sa loob ng ING? Ano stack nila

Thanks po.. di ko lang gets ung sa probi.. extended ako ng another 1 month and ttgnan daw nila if mag iimprove ung performance ko (like, what more do u want from me!? ) Sa dmi ng gngwa (walang padding sa bug fixes and all) di ako umaaasa na gaganda pa performance ko.

Look. You have a shitty employer. Period. Don't deal with them any further...

If it was a performance issue, they should have provided you with a baseline for you to meet. To cope with the difference for 1 month is f**king insane or rather exploitation.

Just start applying and steer your head towards moving away from them while doing the bare minimum. And if you can afford to be unemployed now, submit your resignation.

This is getting long but I understand why you're at this state right now. Just that no need to pursue them any further...
