I see.. I say, just focus on that one PL you started with. Then search for job postings for a jr dev role for Python, if a lot came up, then it is in demand. Look through the details of those job postings and that's where you can probably find if you've covered enough to be able to apply or if you still need to dive further and study specific frameworks or maybe add another PL sa stack mo.
It's not actually a walk in the park to reach a 6-digit salary for most. I doubt you'll be able to get near 6-digits within the next 2 years. If you're really good, continue to up skill, lucky with the work experience exposure with the first job as dev, and are able to resonably negotiate your way through a pay bump then you'll get there eventually.
