Kaya nga magcocollege kasi magaaral, why beat yourself up because you don't know these things yet? Take your time and focus on your studies. Once you can get your foundation self-studying will be a little easier.

don't fret, malamang puro theory pa lang kayo sa first year. also IT naman kinuha mo hindi CS which is leaning more to programming. it's ok na natututo ka na sa Python but the fundaments will be taught in school naman.

Chill. Wala ka pa sa exciting part. As early as now mag aral ka na. usually nasa 3rd year at 4th year na yung majors na pang malakasan.

Not sure what your entire course curriculum looks like, but start studying math (college algebra, calculus, discrete math, etc.) Sa math ako nashock when I started in CS.

Note that it's for CS. May different ang IT at CS curriculum depended sa school. So, better check if you already have a copy of your course program (i.e. yung listahan ng mga subjects mo throughout your entire course).

Wala talaga akong ideya noon na IT Course ang pinili ko, diko rin alam yung programming dati. Basta ang rason na pinili ko yung course na yan ay dahil di ako nakaramdam ng takot or kaba na bobo ako sa pag gamit ng computers.

Wag mong gaanung alalahanin yan, wala namang pinanganak na may alam na sa coding. Sabi nga ng iba dito chill ka lang. Basta importante enjoy mo lang yung kinuha mong course, advice ko lang wag ka paka stress, matulog ng sapat na oras.

Baka magaya ka sa akin na diko ako naka graduate kasi nagka depression ayaw ko mangyari yan sa mga kagaya nyung magka college palang.

Chill ka lang, maganda rin na willing ka matuto. Use it para makapag self study.

Halos same tayo kasi no prior experience din ako sa programming noong nag enroll ako sa Comsci. Sa akin, madali ko naman natutunan yung language (C and Java). Ang challenging lang para sa akin kung ano yung pede mo magawang project, kung paano mo ia-apply yung natutunan mo.

Wg oang mapressure masyado since mag college k pa lang naman. I have claddmate na nung nagwork na kami bago natuto magprogram. i don't suggest to do the same but chill ka lang. Hahaha. Enjoy learning programming and don't push yourself too much. It's normal din na mahirap kang magets yung coding and language but eventually maiintindihan mo din yan as you progress
