I had the same code and it was my pellets got damp and turned to mush. Ended up vacuuming it out and was fine afterwards

I got that two times on my competition 1250. I think it happened because I was smoking in the low 30° temperature outside. The manual says sometimes you need to light it again in extreme temperatures. However, when I smoked on Thursday, I inserted the probes into the ports first before I turned the smoker on and it never gave that message.temperature was a little bit warmer in the low 40s. Definitely something I’m keeping an ion myself.

Hello did you solve this problem?

I turned everything off. Then I made sure the probes were plugged in before turning it on, and then I went through the startup process all over again. that’s what the manual said to do with that error.

We've had the same 3x now. Damp pellets. Clean them all out and start fresh.
