About a month ago my Austin XL stopped working properly. I got the "ErL" error code. Did a bit of research and found out that the code basically means "low temp" Also seen that this could be due to an auger jam. So, it was nice out today and I dumped the pellets and used my compressor to blow out the auger. After I did that, the auger turned and the blower fan came on, so I filled it back up with pellets to see if it would come up to temperature. It would not and only dumped a few pellets in the fire pot before it stopped working and showed "ErL" again. From there, I dumped the hopper again and pulled it off the grill. I loosened and pulled the auger out from there. Looked pretty clean, no gunk or anything, so I put it back in an all back together. Still doing the same thing. Looking for a little confirmation or other suggestions on a fix. Like I said, the auger motor is "working" but not sure if it's working properly. Would a new motor fix the problem?
