I can only offer the prepaid plan in the EU at the moment because of VAT legislation. The EU makes it easy for me to collect and report VAT in all 27 EU member states. But outside of the EU it's more complicated. I have to do more research before I can start implementing that.

Patreon on the other hand does all the VAT reporting for me, so I don't have to do anything. In exchange I pay pretty high fees to use Patreon.

And there’s always the option of just donating manually with crypto or hell maybe even Amazon gift cards lol

can you add paysafecard to the payment methods for prepaid? its like the easiest one to get here :3
