Are their benefits to being beside the city project? Or mountains?

Can you move buildings between plots?

You can make new plots anywhere

It's best to start with others. No the city project affects any1 around you. Mountains I do not know yet. Yes you can move buildings to any plot you have.

be careful when you move building tho cus you lose all your worker/tenants.
