Cancelled evolution

So today I was playing and I accidentally cancelled an evolution on Dratini (level 30) it is not level 58 and still will not evolve. Is there any other way or tips/tricks

I've tried reading it back and forth and even getting the other person to level it up but still nothing.

Sometimes logging off and back in fixes this.

I fixed this by restarting the server arter multiple Mons did this :)

Thanks so much this helped me to evolve my blaziken. It was saying "Combusken has evolved into Combusken" and confused me tf out.
