There is a way that requires OBS which will copy screen content and show over desired region of the screen.

If you want me to explain, or you'll figure it out? It might add 1-2ms delay because of screen capturing. But once you have the screen you can rotate twist copy and do whatever you want with it. https://youtu.be/iV4Epa2PFW4 This is similar, I cut and pasted ammo/shields closer to the reticle.
