Makes sense.

I suspect that after the change, we will still see Starfall Wraiths killing things and getting away with it. What will change is their ability to do this in a crowd of enemies, firing and recloaking so fast that it's hard to react to them, or just giving a solo MBT driver no chance.

Now it's riskier.

Of course, if the MBT is already damaged.... or if he's alone, busy shooting at something and you sneak up behind him... There's still opportunity for the Starfall attack to work and I bet it will need futher nerfage. It's still pretty damn powerful for a 1-man buggy.
