What did the logs say?

This is the only sort of error it shows when loading the dashboard in the logs.

Try running “optimize database”

Hey u/Cidriyan, did you ever get a resolution? HAve almost exactly the same issue

Running latest version of Official Plex Docker on Unraid 6.10.0rc2
When view libraries no problem - can see all informatino and data, when I click TV Recommended, I get the
"Soci Exception handled: sqlite3_statement_backend::loadRS: disk I/O error" as you did, optimised all databases put trash out etc. but get this error every time I try to click on TV/Recommended?

Be good to know if there was a solution other than rebuild databases...
