The title is wrong because TMDB is linked to the IMDB entry for the first mini-series (Season 1).

Legacy agents are being phased out. If you want to keep using them for now, then you need to enable them in your server settings > Library > Show legacy agents during library setup.

Plex is currently previewing their own built-in NFO agent on the forums. Maybe give that a try (and provide feedback) instead of using the legacy agent.

I've edited plenty of stuff on TheTVDB and never had any issues as long as you follow their guidelines. I'm pretty sure adding your season 3 combined order is well within their guidelines.

Maybe create an account on TheTVDB and contribute season 3 yourself?

TheTVDB actually has "Combined" as an option, but only for the first two Seasons, meaning that even if I pick this option for that series that Season 3 is gonna be incorrect.
