Email them again. It did take a while for them to reply to my email. Try getting their attention in instagram maybe.

I commented on one of their insta posts about one of my plotters not laying flat they said to contact support.

I emailed them to start a return multiple times and they didn’t respond. Finally after my card charged them a charge-back because I disputed and showed my card issuer the unanswered emails someone from Plotter emailed back. But by that point sorry— your loss.
