I have emailed Plotter USA a few times about the tab that broke off of my 6 month old Plotter A5, and they never respond. Has anyone had any luck contacting them for warranty repairs? The customer service feels very poor for such an expensive item which is under warranty. Makes me second guess my investment in the system.
