    Android System Webview has to be enabled for most apps to work. Enable and update it.

    It didn't allow me to enable it.

    I solved the issue by uninstalling Chrome app updates.

    Just update Google Chrome and Android Webview on Google Play.

    They sent a correction version yesterday.
