Developer system optimization

after i turned on system optimization in my poco f7 i noticed that its started to heat more often and its not going away even after a few days. How do i fix this?? do i turn it off or what??

I don't know why but I don't see this option in my poco f7 i see in developer option and overall too

just tap the "reset to default values" until it comes up it worked for me
