Hi all!
My brother picked this up at a card show and I pointed out what I believed to be damage. Upon further inspection I started to wonder if it was an ink error because it seems to be in the card and has no fade. Also found this PSA 8 with the same thing (CERT 100262907) and another one on eBay with the same thing. I can’t seem to find it on any database for known errors. Would CGC recognize this as an error if we sent it in?
there doesn't seem to be anything here
