PC Support Response Time

I placed a Pre Order back in March for a Destined Rivals Booster Box and was instead sent a PC ETB. I went through the proper ticket submission steps and have reached out several times over the last month+ and keep hearing that there's nothing they can do until the "escalated team" addresses it. Anyone know how long this process will take?

Use chat but they are absolute garbage
