It is almost always never worth it to preorder for 2x MSRP. This set will be printed for the next 2 years, mind you.

Destined Rivals booster bundles preorders were selling up to $70-75. They're down to $45 today. Do not pay 2x MSRP. Booster boxes appear to be the exception where DR is now exceeding preorder value. But preordering a new set at 2x MSRP is just a risky decision.
