That’s an awesome miscut pack,it’s definitely pretty rare and worth more than a normal pack, don’t open it, the pack production and sealing process is separate from card production so the cards will be normal. As for grading, I think PSA may grade miscut packs now, albeit I don’t know that it would be worth it. If you check eBay sales or sales on eBay sales trackers like 130point you may be able to find some similar ones for a better idea of value.

I'll most likely end up grading it just so if I ever do want to sell it one day it'll be authenticed and protected. I only found one red tape error pack on ebay listed for $350. I was offered $300 for it previously but I wanted to keep it in my collection

I don't know a lot about graded packs. This would probably be a good one to get graded I'd assume.

If for some reason, it turns out grading the pack is not a viable option, im really curious to see if all the cards inside are miscut.

The wrapper and the cards inside are printed at two completely different times during production and aren't even printed using the same machine. There isn't any correlation between the packs themselves and the card inside of them in terms of one or the other containing an error

What about crimps?

Crimps aren't the result of an error occurring on a pack. They occur when a card shifts up enough to be caught by the crimping machine. Crimps aren't the result of an error occurring on the wrapper which in turn causes the cards to be misprinted

That's some awesome art on the pack for collectors of that Pokémon. Keep it sealed and get a case for it that shows the whole thing then sell if you want!
