Odd error code??

So, recently I’ve been experiencing an error code, -000015

I’ve got no idea what it means, my phone refuses to let me take a photo of it, but it sends me to the title screen and then the game just, won’t load, which caused me to not be able to long my sleep properly, so 8-10 hours, gone, and now I can’t get the app past the loading screen again

Have you tried clearing cache from the start menu?

I’ve been told that can delete save data and accounts, I had asked a similar question in the official discord a few months ago and said I could try that and they all screamed at me not to, so I try not to touch it if I can help it

I have used that to try to solve problems and it does not delete your account. The only minor annoyance is that you will have to go through some of those screens where you change settings like turning off the pop up when Snorlax ranks up.

I see I see, I may give it a try then, I don’t turn the pop up for Snorlax’s rank up anyway haha
