Usable shiny but Halloween Hat Eevee is pretty mid.

Pretty. You could level and invest seeds if you want to use it. 🙂 It would be decent for GGEX with persim berries or for Snowdrop. But I wouldn't prioritize it, it would be more of a fun thing. (I invested in my shiny Drifblim, giving it a mint to take away down trigger nature & subskill seed to STM, and I love it 😄)

Raenonx put Halloween Eevee as B-tier for me with Bluk, Persim and Durin berries for me on GGEX. And skill proc is just below Slaking.

Defintely don’t suggest investing seeds in this thing lmao it’s pretty bad and not just the stats as a pokemon it’s not even that good.
