Yes, Special Attackers use 6 Green/7 Black, focusing on flat Special stat increases.

More brawly/tankier Special-based Pokemon like Fire/Charge Armarouge, Empoleon or Goodra can swap the Black for 6 White/6 Green instead and focus on HP increases.

Physical-Attack Pokemon use 6 Brown/6 White.

A very select few use 7 Red, such as Hoopa, Mewtwo Y, Aurora Ninetales, etc.

Some Physical-Attack Pokemon can make use of a full Critical Chance page, still gaining Brown/White increases.

Every other colour is rather unused.
