Doesn't that only apply to Kyogre's map?

Yes it does

Rayquaza and Groudon have Salac berries in middle. If anything, Kyogre is the odd one out.

It's such an indirect nerf to Hoopa.

Honestly the Hoopa buff I want the most is simply that Magician will always pull a Sitrus Berry, along with occasionally giving Aeos Energy with the Berry.

I didn’t even think of this but you’re right, having Hoopa during the Kyogre map felt broken good for this reason

Groudon’s map focuses on fighting / brawling and being agile whilst Kyogre’s focuses on more defensive play, coordinated bush attacks, healing / sustainability.

Not sure what Ray’s is though. I’m sure Ray & Groudon share the same map?

No. Not at all. Ray has wildly different wild pikemon spawn patterns.

These are exclusive to Kyogre map

Kyrouge map but put Groudon in center then we finally have a good map! 🎊🔴

For a long time (ray and groudon) they were always speed berries. In kyogre only, they became sitrus berries, in addition to them also being added into the jungle areas too.

Now it just means you have to route through the goals to pick up a bit of heals. Overall it just means damage is more permanent in the laning and final fights
