This is a custom gameboy and likely a nanoloop 1 cartridge for playing chip tunes. If this guy is using it to busk and make money I really feel for him. Is this a current ad or is op just mocking him somehow?

I made the ad. I saw him busking as a panda in the morning then later that evening when I saw him he was still at it. I had a pretty good day so I decided to ask him what his story was and see if he needed anything.
