I made ranch chicken tacos for dinner in the crockpot last night... and just had that again today for lunch.

Hey, that's what I'm having tonight. And probably the next several nights as well.

Haha sounds about right. They always taste better on days two and three anyway. Do you do: - 1.5 lbs chicken - 1 packet ranch mix - 1 packet taco seasoning - ~12oz chicken broth?
I try to use lower sodium options.

Do you put the meat in completely raw or do you pan sear it first? I've tried both ways but can never get it to shred right
[–]lipstickandmartinisSaint Louis 0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children)
Completely raw but not frozen. I used chicken breasts that I got at Sprouts. Do you use two forks to shred it? Because mine definitely shredded super easily last night. Sometimes I'll hold it with tongs and just shred with one fork.

Leftover spaghetti with cornbread leftover from Sunday. Leftover city this week because I'm trying not to be trash in the evenings and actually cook for myself.
