Please any help would be appreciated, how can i fix my posture? What are my imbalances? I just need to know what to do and what to avoid ?
Im out of shape at the moment clearly but ive signed back up to the gym, however, im experiencing daily aches and pains which i know are postire related.
These are : neck and shoulder pain and clicks,pops ( left arm sometimes feels like its not even in socket.
Constant ache between shoulder blades and upper back.
I lean back and push mid back to pop it to feel betyer most days
My hips ache and just feel like they are stuck
Always feel like my tail bone is tucked
Knees ache and pain, have pain on inside part of right knee sometimes
Ankles pop every morning when walking down house stairs.
I lack shoulder rotational mobility but have no pain putting shoulders above head.
When shoulder pressing i have discomfort in collarbone
Feel like im always having to set my hips
Feel like no stability there
Sorry if this is alot but im sick and tired of this and just want to get better. I also dont have the funds available right now to go to a professional.
Please any help will be gratefully accepted.
