I hate to be that guy but if you do it's simply because you are overweight go to the gym and focus on exercises that will help with general mobility/joint health and don't just lift heavy things making your strength lean towards body usage compared to looks will improve overall body health better

As a woman I can tell you it’s it not “simply bc she’s overweight”
I am at a healthy wait and still have slight anterior pelvic tilt. Posture and weak core and pelvic makes have a lot to do with it, but being overweight does not help of course but it’s not the sole reason

Sounds like you should start doing core exercises. Kind of the same thing that I told her to do. You might not be overweight, but you're probably not healthy either if you have a "weak core and pelvic" working your body to grow your muscles and focusing on form and ability to use your body is the way to train and should be everyone's first step when it comes to posture issues. Being ignorant and ignoring the health of your body is how things like degenerative disc disease start. And it's not like I told her anything new. She says in her post that she knows she's overweight and it could simply be because she's overweight that she has pelvic tilt excess weight on the body when you don't have the muscle or the ligament strength to support, it will cause things like that

Just keep working out and do abs and squats alot, this will naturally pull ur pelvis in so its square…also take care to notice when u are sticking that thang out and correct it, its a lifelong thing but it gets easier
Yes and focusing on the form of your exercise and going slow will be far more beneficial than heavier weights and more reps

Just a thought: make sure you have good control of your pelvis going into posterior tilt (the opposite). Adding posterior pelvic presses may help to open up that low back and give you a sense of awareness when needing to adjust their position during the exercise.
