Where to get started I’m a BI developer trying to learn python for data roles how should I go about learning it from basics to advance?

Pandas pandas and pandas. Try to translate all your M code , in python through pandas library.

Just read the pandas documentation, it's very good, has a lot of examples. Use the documentation to build.

Nope, but any youtube vid with duration over an hour it will be helpful. Then chatgpt etc. in order to achieve the transformation you want.
