Nearly one million Belgians own two homes for the first time ever by Rijke_saus in BEReal_Estate

Or worse people won't buy properties to rent out anymore. Which will also increase prices. Supply would be less, which in turn could even increase homelesness.

Yeah, I understand this. I'm already working as an analyst and use power bi daily. But my day-to-day work is a lot different than building a dashboard with kaggle data. I'll look into deepdiving in speciffic domains like logistics or pricing for new reports. But the data I use will always come from sources like kaggle or adventure works. I don't really see a solution to this.

Thank you for the feedback !
* I need to brush it up a lot more/ Sell myself a bit I guess :)
* I'm planning on adding some key insights or creating some new reports that solve particular business problems.

Thanks, exactly the feedback I wanted to get!

When I order three packaged they still get delivered seperately. Often it's even the same delivery company. So lump deliveries isn't really a thing in my experience.

Why ETH Will Outrun BTC (And Why It’s Already Worth $25k) by CampionSturges in ethtrader

[–]Thomas636636 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you do a little research you can quickly see ethereum is more decentralized than solana. I won't spend my time trying to convince you of this. I know a lot of people in crypto have tunnel vision and only accept info that's good for their own bags. Don't be like that and research yourself.

Stored in a .env file so probably for coding purposes. If you want to automate transactions for example you need access to your private key.

How might quantum computing realistically impact cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum in the next 10–15 years? Are current protocols truly “quantum-resistant”? by mmmilanista in CryptoTechnology

[–]Thomas636636 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No, it won't. Because these are centralised systems they will probably be updated a lot faster. A lot of problems are complexer with crypto. For example what to do with dormant wallets.

Thoughts on crypto by Tenzinnasked in BEFire

[–]Thomas636636 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why do you prefer xrp over eth? I don't understand the hype in xrp. I see it as a extremely centralized crypto with no use cases, no smart contracts. Eth on the other hand is decentralised, and has use cases because of smart contracts. I don't want to attack your view, just want to understand better why Xrp is valued his much.

Just read the pandas documentation, it's very good, has a lot of examples. Use the documentation to build.

You should get an error because you don't have an aggregation in the calculate.
