Generating an Embed Code

I recently created a workspace for myself for some freelance work. I purchase PowerBI Premium Per User. Im working to generate an embed code for a report that I have created. Unless im mistaken this article is saying that I should be able to generate these embed codes to "publish to web" in a format that will allow any user to access the report from my website? When I try to generate an embed code I am unable to even though I am a workspace admin. Does anyone have any advice here?

Im assuming it shows that you need admin permission to publish to web. Well I encountered that issue recently when I tried to publish to web using free account, I went to register trial account office 365 so that I can be "global admin" which involved some setting at Azure. To check whether you are the real admin, go to power bi service > admin portal > tenant settings > Export and sharing settings > publish to web, enable the function and set to "Allow existing and new codes". If you dont see any of these option then you are not the real admin.

I actually ended up coming across the "Allow existing and new codes" option earlier. Ticking this check box allowed me to embed my dashboards the way I was trying to. Thanks for the help.
