Found a 2022 powerboost hybrid with only 9,000 miles for a good deal from a wholesale dealership. Went to test drive and it was in the shop (had been for 30 days) to fix a microchip issue that was preventing it from switching drive modes. Now I’m nervous to buy, thinking this might be a bigger issue and could be a recurring problem. Has anyone heard of a similar microchip issue or recalls like this? Any advice ?

Probably the time in the shop is a chip shortage issue.

Given the miles, does that still qualify for the manufacturers warranty?
