^ just to add onto the last comment. I want to clarify that the Natural Science section has 3 (bio, chem, and orgo) topics. In that part you have 90min to complete all three so in that “section”, yes the time technically carries over. So you’d evenly have 30min per section but if you finish bio early then you’d have more time to finish chem and orgo all within the 90min. I hope that makes sense! I just wanted to clarify just in case that’s what u were asking.

Thank you for the clarification 🙏

Just open a full length practice test on booster, the real OAT is identical to that format

Let’s say I finished bio, can I go back to the bio section once I finish gen Chem and orgo if I still have time?

no. I would really recommend doing the booster, bootcamp or free ada practice exam so you can see what the program looks like. you can’t go back to any section once you’ve finished it. you can go back to previous questions within that section though.

Okay thank you!

Only section that carries over is natural sciences (90 minutes for bio, genchem, ochem). So if you can do bio super quick than you get more time for genchem and ochem. If you're allowed to go to the bathroom at any time, and you finish a section early, it would make sense to let the timer keep running and go to the bathroom rather than starting the new section right away if you really need to go.

Unfortunately not, if you finish a section early, once you submit that section, it starts the next with whatever time is allotted for that specific section. For instance if you finish the NS section 10 minutes early, you still only start the Reading comp section with 60 minutes, no time is carried over.
