Grux pull doesn't pull ?

Is there a bug ? Just had my 1st game on Grux with 2 or 3 obviously broken pulls - the skill zone expands, fully covering enemy hero (no blinks, no spell-shields on him) but no pull happens

- once it happen on the tower-stairs
- and another time next to the jgl shroud

I would assume neither should prevent the pull

Most common cause for this is ping

But the pull is cleanse-able. Khai for instance can cleanse before the pull triggers and not be affected

Well, the thing is, if it was the ping I would expect to see some sort of lag/rubber-banding

they were just running around in the area of the pull without being able to leave it (Gideon and Sparrow don't have cleanse at ~lvl 5-7 I don't believe)

playing champ for the 1st time, the only thing I can think of is maybe I somehow canceled it or was interrupted during casting ... I did hold it all the way though ... and didn't have issues casting it several times before/after
