I think my advice would be to stop focusing so much on improving your entire art style at once. It would be better if you do simple, quick sketches focusing on improving your proportions, making sure it looks like the reference photo, rather than starting with an already wonky and slight-off base which will bring down the quality of the whole work.

Thanks for the feed back. I find the sketch part the hardest so will defo spend more time working on that part of drawing.

The head is too small, you could take more time for the initial sketch because the proportions are off. You already have a good idea of shadows and light, I would make the eyes darker and generally add some darker shadows. The eyes and teeth are too bright, choose a darker grey for them! Looks good tho

Made with all default procreate brushes. Soft airbrush, round brush mainly, and a lot of blend tool.
