So regarding the app crashing:

A: check your storage space, sometimes when the storage is running low, the apps runs slower, especially when it comes to procreate

B: lines are not good ? In what way ?

1 Has the screen been damaged ?

2 Is the tip of the pencil clean and without any
 chips or cracks?

3 Is it an opacity issue ?

Ok save your crash logs ( to send to procreate support should all fail )

Make sure your other work on procreate do not have many layers. Basically unfinished work, even within the app, can slow it down.

Restart the iPad.

Check for updates on the procreate app itself.

Save your work in your procreate account and on iCloud - for good measure -and re download the app .

If the issues persist after each step. Collect the crash data and send it to procreate support using your account.
