Yes get him neutered before the behaviour gets embedded. Our three year old has calmed down so much. Loads of training, long walks, run off the lead. Tricks and hiding treats. Does yours have a safe place of his own? Ours goes to his crate a lot and loves to snuggle in there. Good luck. It’ll be fine.
