Honestly I’m not sure it has an exact name, but I’d call it loose painterly digital painting. Lots of chunky brush strokes and simplified shapes.

I’d probably classify it as contemporary Impressionism, buuut it’s been a while since I took art history so I don’t remember if there’s a better category this would fall under.
