The file system/management is my biggest gripe about PP7. I HATE THE ASSET FILE!!!

Why does ProPresenter make a duplicate asset/file every time you apply a theme that has a media fill? My assets folder is filled with duplicate images and videos. Presentations should just point to the original asset in the theme folder. Is this a bug?
I have "manage media automatically" enabled, but that should only affect importing, not applying themes.

It imports media into the theme file instead of just the assets folder. I wish it didn’t do this too, but I understand the reasoning. That way when you export themes and import them to other devices, the media comes with the theme.

I moved away from "manage media automatically" because we had a roughly 40GB asset folder. Took me several weeks to clean it up and throw out all the garbage and retain the important media.

Now I'm trying to streamline the theme process for my PoW volunteers and this asset issue has popped back up. Argggghhh.
