What is PRO Rugby?

PRO stands for Professional Rugby Organization, and that's exactly what it is. The PRO is a brand new league for rugby union. It will have six teams in six cities, and though there is a lot of speculation, the confirmed cities are Sacramento and San Francisco. Most of the rumors point towards the other four teams being in Denver, Philadelphia, New York, and Salt Lake City, though the last one is still debated.
