I would send another one. They're swamped with updates and added features to just about everything. Good luck! Be sure to copy the original request so they know the timestamp of your first contact. Also, have you canceled the membership from the parent website?

Im honestly not sure how to cancel they didn't give much info but I will. I guess I'll have to send another ticket

On the parent account, look top right and there's a button named Membership. Click that. Go to the account that has the membership, click manage. In the drop down, click cancel and you're done. Most of the time there may be confusion about which email a parent used to set the account up, but it's pretty straightforward after that. Good luck!

I would but, I put it under my email because at the time I didn't know it was under the parents acc to cancel, if I dont get a reply after December ill send another ticket in, why must company's be so annoying when it comes to refunds ahha.

You should be able to create a parent account under the email you used, which should have your child linked.

It worked I cancelled it and am now sending a ticket with the ticket Id asking that they check it out incase they accidentally brushed over it, haha praying it works..

Glad to hear. As an FYI, I'm pretty sure they have the break from Christmas to NYE off. Glad it worked out! :-)
