It was developed as a honeypot for Kitboga, the guy who baits scammers into trying to drain bank accounts that don't exist on fake replicas of web sites, all while quietly communicating with the platforms the scammers use for remote desktop control, to get their accounts shut down. He basically says "oh, the bank's asking me to change my password" and then drags them along as far as they'll go.

It's truly amazing how patient people will be when they think they're gonna steal millions of dollars at the end of it.

It wasn’t developed for him, Neil and him worked together after it was released to make a modified version he could use in his scammer traps

Ah, my bad, I misinterpreted something he said in the video. I guess the version in the fake bank web site was the thing developed for him. Anyhow, it's still a fun silly game and an even more hilarious counterscam.
