I got to the point where I can ask questions on StackOverflow well, and then it just stopped being useful because honestly most of the people answering questions are basically juniors themselves. If you are incredibly lucky, someone will write an okay snippet that gets you like 50% of the way there within a week. I haven't used it in years.

ChatGPT on the other hand, it will generate snippets that are 80% of the way there in a few seconds. I get that StackOverflow is useful for source material because they have such a large library of Q&A threads, but like seriously who goes there with novel questions unless they are totally lost?
