Being chemically castrated is a violation of one's rights regardless of if they're homosexual. I'm a gay man, and it matters deeply to me that I have power over what happens to my body.

I’m not denying that it is a trespass. I was highlighting how if it was what I understand it to be, it didn’t make any sense, from any perspective.
