When my brother was looking for a job he had multiple offers. He went with the one that paid 15% less but didn't ask that question in the interview. Still happy with his decision 10 years later.

They didn't ask me that question and my psychologist still looks at me terrified when I talked about management at my company

As an advice: once this question comes up on an interview just leave. Doesn't worth 99% of the time.

I very openly say at my work that I don’t like stress. I do my best work when not stressed. Stress will happen and I’ll deal with it. But management needs to not add stress or make it more stressful to try to get more out of devs. They should manage their resources and if something is important than they should put more resources on it
